Objectives
Efficiency and Quality - Administrative infrastructure should maximize the efficiency and quality of provider and patient experience.
Versatility and Adaptability - Administrative infrastructure needs to be robust to maximize the versatility and adaptability necessary to support unique clinical services and patient populations.
Collect and Integrate - A more robust administrative structure will support the development of a closer connection between research and clinical services with the ability to collect and integrate outcomes data and other patient data.

Develop approval process for new hires to align new faculty and programs with administrative support availability.
Design a Patient Centered Medical Home Leadership Structure, Roles & Responsibilities, & Collaboration across the Department of Child and Adolescent Mental Health, Children’s Hospital of Âé¶¹´«Ã½¸ßÇå, and the Department of Psychiatry.
Expand administrative support and address safety and building access issues to allow for extended clinic hours.
