We've Taken the Pledge
Radiologists and medical physicists in the Department of Radiology have taken the pledge to Image Gently. Sponsored by the this campaign reminds us that children are more sensitive to radiation than adults and we need to pay particular attention to our scan exposures when imaging children. To that end, our staff has created an ongoing review process for pediatric CT exams that assures that we are indeed imaging gently.
