Data Sharing among providers related to substance use treatment

There have been recent updates to federal regulations (namely 42 CFR Part 2) that enhance the ability of providers to more easily share data related to patients with substance use disorders for treatment, payment, or operations. The Practice Innovation Program has contracted with Third Horizons Strategies to have Mindy Klowden, Managing Director for Behavioral Health, present updated data sharing regulations at virtual webinars to support the 1302 Practice Learning Community.

If your practice has need for individualized support related to health information sharing and would like to connect with Mindy Klowden with Third Horizons Strategies, please contact Stephanie Kirchner at Stephanie.Kirchner@cuanschutz.edu
