Â鶹´«Ã½¸ßÇå health care workers are protected from doxxing under after it was signed into law by Governor Polis on March 24, 2022. Doxxing is the act of revealing private or identifying information about an individual on the internet, typically with malicious intent.

Health care workers at risk of being threatened or currently under threat are eligible to protect personal information, including full name and home address. To make this request, you will need:

• Written request (such as a letter) to the county of residence/ownership
• Identifying information to verify with county records
• Information to verifies you are a health care worker.
  • Use employer code: 15545
• An affirmation that the person submitting the request has reason to believe the dissemination of personal information contained in the records poses an imminent and serious threat to the person’s safety or the safety of their family.
