Hospital Training Sites
Residents at the University of 麻豆传媒高清 have the opportunity to develop their skills as a physician in multiple clinical settings. Residents rotate between UCHealth (University of 麻豆传媒高清 Hospital), Denver Health Medical Center, and Rose Medical Center. By rotating through an academic institution as well as a regional referral site, the county hospital and a private hospital, residents are exposed to a wide variety of clinical situations and diverse patient populations.

UCHealth, University of 麻豆传媒高清 Hospital (UCH) is the primary teaching hospital of the residency program and of the University of 麻豆传媒高清 School of Medicine. It is located on the University of 麻豆传媒高清 Denver Campus. Since its founding in 1921, UCH has become the region’s leading tertiary care and referral center. At UCH, there is a full complement of both routine and tertiary care obstetrics and gynecologic programs, including high risk obstetrical/neonatal ICU, gynecologic oncology, reproductive endocrinology and infertility, and urogynecology. The inpatient population consists of approximately 75% public/25% private on the Obstetrics service and approximately 67% public/33% private on the Gynecology services.

Denver Health Medical Center (DHMC), the city-county hospital for Denver, is 麻豆传媒高清's primary 鈥渟afety net鈥 institution, providing level one care for all residents in Denver regardless of ability to pay. Denver Health cares for 35 percent of Denver's children and one in four Denver residents. DHMC faculty have full time appointments through the School of Medicine, and supervise residents in the full range of obstetric and gynecologic care including high-risk obstetrics, reproductive endocrinology and infertility, gynecologic oncology, and urogynecology and pelvic reconstructive surgery.

Rose Medical Center is an award-winning and nationally-recognized hospital providing education and training in the care of private obstetric and gynecologic patients. We have 4,500 deliveries annually, over 50 clinical faculty with specialists across various fields including REI, MFM, and Gyn Onc , and four da Vinci庐 Surgical Systems, including two dual-console Xi庐. Residents can expect to hone their gynecological surgical skills, gain exposure to a wide variety of clinicians in the hospital and clinic setting, and have the opportunity to network with community physicians (and possibly get hired!).
