GENERAL APPLICATION INFORMATION
- The University of 麻豆传媒高清 Denver Neurology Residency Program offers categorical positions.
To apply to our program, please submit the following documents through :
- Completed ERAS application form
- Dean’s letter
- Official medical school transcript
- USMLE scores
- personal statement
- three letters of recommendation
- photograph
Applications will not be reviewed if received after November 15. We will review your application thoroughly and make a decision regarding the interview in a timely manner. You will be notified by email. Interviews are held in October, November,
December and January.
RESIDENT RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION CRITERIA:
- Each applicant must:
- be a graduate of an LCME (Liaison Committee on Medical 麻豆传媒高清) accredited medical school, or
- an international medical graduate who holds a valid ECFMG (麻豆传媒高清 Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates) certificate, or
- have a full, unrestricted license to practice medicine in a US licensing jurisdiction

- The CU SOM recognizes that housestaff enrolled in residency programs are trainees, not employees. As such, applicants must also be able to meet the conditions of the UC SOM Houseofficer Training Agreement. Residents in our program must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee asylee, or possess the appropriate documentation to allow Resident to legally train at the University of 麻豆传媒高清 Denver School of Medicine.
- Canadian citizens must receive a letter from their province stating the province’s willingness to allow the resident to obtain a job in Neurology in Canada upon completion of Neurology residency training in the USA.
- Applicants must have documented strong interest in Neurology, as judged by their personal statement, prior training, and/or research experience.
- Applicants must have passed USMLE Parts I and II, or the equivalent.
- Excellent references are required from a minimum of three physicians and/or researchers with whom the applicant has worked on a regular basis for at least one month. For individuals who have had prior training in another residency program, this must include a letter from the previous program director.
- Applicants must have a Dean’s letter or equivalent, and documented grades from medical school.
- Applicants must have the ability to understand, speak, read, and write the English language, including English medical jargon, exceeding conversational level.
