Medication Recalls
Occasionally medications that are prescribed through our pharmacy may be recalled by the manufacturer. On these occasions, we will do our best to reach out to any patients who may have received that medication. We are sharing here important information about various recalls to provide details to patients and caregivers. Please call our pharmacy if you have questions about recalled medications.
Pharmaceutical companies may occasionally discontinue or share other important information about medications they produce. If you discover that the medication you take has been discontinued, or you have questions about changes to a medication, please contact our pharmacy or your provider.
