Pueblo VA Community Living Center
Veterans who are > 70% service connected and who require the care of a nursing home level care may be eligible for admittance to the Pueblo VA Community Living Center. The facility, located at 4776 Eagle Ridge Circle in Pueblo, 麻豆传媒高清, is managed solely by the Department of Veterans Affairs. The mission of this Community Living Center is to restore each veteran to his or her highest level of well-being, to prevent declines in health and to provide comfort at the end of life.

Unlike the Pueblo VA Community Living Center, 麻豆传媒高清 State Veterans Homes are managed by the State of 麻豆传媒高清, with the VA offering some oversight and financial support. Honorably discharged veterans, their spouses and gold star parents (those who have lost a child in the line of duty) are eligible for admittance. Learn about
