The Minority and Allied Resident Council (MARC)

The Minority and Allied Residency Council (MARC) is dedicated to fostering connections among minorities and allies across specialties and hospitals, building a supportive and healing community, and amplifying the collective voice of minority residents and fellows within our institutions. Affiliated with the CU School of Medicine’s Office of Diversity & Inclusion and supported by the CU Alumni Office, our mission includes mentorship from minority faculty, guidance for medical and pathway students, advancing scholarship in diversity, equity, and inclusion, outreach to minoritized patient communities, and recruiting diverse candidates for our graduate medical programs.
