- RCPHS was founded in 2020 with the goal of empowering high school and community college students from rural 麻豆传媒高清 who are interested in pursuing a career in healthcare.
- RCPHS is focused on ensuring students from rural backgrounds have access to the resources and opportunities that promote their success. Students are paired into one-on-one mentorships with current medical students who can help support and guide them before, during, and after college.
- The medical students are primarily from the Rural Program at the University of 麻豆传媒高清 School of Medicine, and many of them grew up in rural 麻豆传媒高清.
